Return and Exchange Policy:

At Ikriit'm, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality products to our customers. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to assist you.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage or receiving the wrong product.
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at ikriitm.hanishabansal@gmail.com within 5 (five) days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process, refunds are processed within 3 (three) business days upon receiving the returned item, ensuring swift resolution for our valued customers.
