Return and Exchange Policy:
At Ikriit'm, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality products to our customers. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to assist you.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage or receiving the wrong product.
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at info@ikriitm.com within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process, refunds are processed within 3 (three) business days upon receiving the returned item, ensuring swift resolution for our valued customers.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, we will process the exchange for the correct or undamaged item.
Please note that shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
